Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this resort, which is nestled in calming surroundings with well-maintained gardens, ponds, and meandering paths. The rooms were nice and new, definitely the best among the places I stayed during my trip across the islands. The service was quite friendly and helpful, particularly from Pak Will and the reception team who assisted with all my arrangements. However, the communication could be improved, especially in terms of English proficiency.
My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were beautiful and had incredibly comfortable pillows, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The grounds were lovely, with well-maintained gardens that provided a peaceful atmosphere. However, I felt the dining options could use some improvement, as the breakfast variety was somewhat limited. I would have also appreciated a bit more space in the rooms. Even though it was nice, it wasn't quite what I hoped for at this price point.
This resort truly exceeded my expectations with its clean and luxurious rooms that offered exceptional comfort. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The dining options were a mild letdown with limited variety, but the facilities like the pool were delightful. The location provided beautiful surroundings and easy access to activities, although some transport arrangements could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with beautifully designed rooms and friendly staff. The gardens provided a nice escape, but the distance from the city center made outings a bit challenging. Dining options were somewhat limited, which was disappointing. However, the facilities were quite enjoyable, especially the pool area, making it a good value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with some of the best beds I've encountered in Indonesia. However, the service needs improvement, especially with the staff's English skills and their overall empathy. The location is beautiful with well-maintained gardens, but it's a bit far from the city center. Dining offered a decent variety, but more buffet options would be nice.
